Min (민) is a South Korean singer and musical actress under K-Tigers E&C. She is a former member of the girl group miss A.
She made her solo debut on November 8, 2021 with the digital single "Onion".
Career
2010: Debut with miss A
2016–2017: Solo activities, departure from JYPE
In September 2016, she made her return to the big screen after six years with the movie Suni.
In January 2017, the cast of the Korean adaptation of Boys Over Flowers The Musical was revealed, with representatives of the production announcing that Min would be making her musical debut with the star role of Tsukushi Makino.
On November 8, 2017, JYP Entertainment announced Min's departure from the agency after deciding not to renew her contract.[2]
2019–2021: New agency and solo debut with "Onion"
On May 22, 2019, it was revealed that Min had signed an exclusive contract with K-Tigers E&C.[3]
She made her solo debut on November 8, 2021 with the digital single "Onion".
2022-present: Broadway debut, "Hit Me Up", "To The Beach"
On April 4, 2022, Min was announced to be a part of the cast for the Broadway musical KPOP.[4] She plays the character of Riya, a member of the fictional girl group RTMIS.
On April 12, 2022, Min revealed on Instagram that she would be releasing a new single on April 18.[5] On the next day, the single's name was revealed to be "Hit Me Up".[6]
On September 5, 2022, it was reported that Min would be releasing a new single called "To The Beach" that same day.[7]
Personal life
Relationship
On April 21, 2025, it was announced that Min will be getting married privately in Seoul on June 7 to her non-celebrity boyfriend, a businessman she met in 2018 through a mutual friend at a concert and whom she got engaged to in April 2023.[8]
