MINIMANI (미니마니) is a duo under CMG Stars. They originally debuted as a trio on June 2, 2021 with the single album "Stop".
They are described as "retro vocal team".[1]
History
2021: Debut with "Stop", "To Me"
On June 2, 2021, MINIMANI debuted with the single album, "Stop".
On October 29, they made their first comeback with their second single album, "To Me".
2022: "Puo Puo", "Dance Dance Dance", and "This Year Was Good"
On March 23, 2022, MINIMANI released their third single album, "Puo Puo".
On August 7, they released the digital single "Dance Dance Dance (KSTAGE X MINIMANI)" as the ninth release of K-Stage's collaboration project.[2]
On December 15, the group announced their first (labeled as fourth) digital single "This Year Was Good", released on December 16.[3]
2024: First sub-unit, Choi Rin's departure
On October 23, 2023, CMG Stars announced that MINIMANI members Han Songyi and Choi Rin is preparing to debut with a special album as a new unit, MINIMANI M, on 2023.[4] They will make their debut in January 12, 2024 with the special album Heartbreak.
On April 11, 2024, CMG Stars announced that Choi Rin had withdrawn from the group.[5]
