KARA Project (카라 프로젝트) was a reality survival show broadcasted on MBC Music. It premiered on May 27, 2014.
The show aimed to find the new member of the girl group KARA, putting seven trainees from DSP Media to compete against one another.

Aftermath
- So Min (2nd) debuted as part of APRIL on August 24, 2015. However, she left the group and debuted as part of the co-ed group KARD, on July 19, 2017.[1][2]
- Chae Won (4th), debuted as part of APRIL on August 24, 2015.[3]
- Chae Kyoung (5th) became a contestant of the survival show Produce 101 and placed in 16th. She then debuted as part of the project groups C.I.V.A and I.B.I on 2016, which both disbanded the same year. On January 4, 2017, she debuted as a new member of APRIL.[4]
- Shi Yoon (6th) became a contestant of the survival show Produce 101. She ranked 41st in the episode 8 and was eliminated.[5]
- Yoo Ji (7th) left DSP Media and signed with GH Entertainment. She then debuted as part of Apple.B on August 1, 2017, which presumably disbanded in 2018. On May 21, 2019, she debuted as part of 3YE.
