Jieun (지은) is a South Korean singer. She is a former member of the girl groups RaNia and LPG and their sub-unit Chaness.
Career
2013–2015: LPG
She originally debuted as a third generation member of the girl group LPG on November 5, 2013 with the group's first mini album Filial Daughters' Generation.
Following the release of the single "Slowpoke" in August 2015, Jieun left the group.
2016–2019: RaNia
She made her first appearance with the group RaNia on June 26, 2016 with two other DR Music trainees at a Chinese event.
In December 2016, she was officially announced as the newest member of RaNia alongside Hyeme.[1] She made her debut as a member of the group on December 30, 2016 with the group's fourth mini album Start A Fire.
As of 2019, it is assumed she has left RaNia following her absence in the group's activities in Romania.
