Jae (제; also known as eaJ) is an independent South Korean-American singer-songwriter, musician, rapper and composer. He is a former member of the boy band DAY6.
He made his solo debut on April 8, 2022 with the digital single "Car Crash".
Career
2015–2022: DAY6
He officially debuted as the member of South Korean rock band DAY6 on September 7, 2015, with the mini album The Day.
On January 1, 2022, Jae announced that he will be taking a hiatus from group activities until further notice.[1] Later the same day, JYP Entertainment announced that Jae left the group and terminated his contract with the company as of December 31, 2021.[2][3]
2022: Solo debut with "Car Crash"
He made his solo debut on April 8, 2022 with his first digital single "Car Crash".
2025: "Ruin My Life"
On April 4, he announced his new digital single "Ruin My Life", which will be released on April 18.[4]
