Doah (도아), also known by her full name Kim Doah (Korean: 김도아; Chinese: 金鍍我; Japanese: キム・ドア) is a South Korean singer, rapper and actress under FASCINO. She is a former member of the girl group FANATICS and its sub unit FLAVOR.
She made her solo debut on May 23, 2023 with the digital single "Dream Walking".
She is also known for participating in Mnet's reality survival shows Produce 48 & Girls Planet 999.
Career
2018: Produce 48, FLAVOR
In June 2018, she became a contestant on the survival show Produce 48. She was eliminated in episode 11 after ranking 23rd place.[1]
On November 16, she was announced as a member of FANATICS' first sub unit FLAVOR.[2] The unit officially debuted on November 26, with the single album "Milkshake".
2019–2022: FANATICS, Girls Planet 999
On August 6, 2019, she made her official debut as a member of FANATICS with the mini album The Six.
On July 7, 2021, Doah was confirmed as a contestant on Mnet's newest reality show, Girls Planet 999, along with the other participating trainees, through the prologue trailer.[3] Her official profile was released on July 17.[4][5] The show began airing on August 6. Unfortunately, she was eliminated on the eighth episode of the show, during the second round of eliminations. [6]
In October 2022, Doah removed FENT from her socials.
2023: Solo debut with "Dream Walking"
On April 28, 2023, it was announced that Doah will be making her solo debut on May 23 with the digital single "Dream Walking".[7]
