Byung Hun

Byung Hun (병헌), formerly known as L.Joe (엘조), is a South Korean rapper, singer and actor under SidusHQ. He is a former member of the boy group TEEN TOP.

Career

2010–2017: TEEN TOP

Byung Hun, then known by his stage name L.Joe, debuted as a member of TEEN TOP on July 9, 2010 with their first single album "Come Into The World".

On February 9, 2017, it was revealed that L.Joe had requested the termination of his contract with TOP Media due to a conflict with the agency regarding his personal activities.[1] On September 15, 2017, TOP Media announced that they had filed a lawsuit against L.Joe for damages due to breach of contract.[2] On May 16, 2018, TOP Media revealed that they withdrew the lawsuit after the two parties reached a mutual agreement.[3]

2018–present: Continued acting career

His first major acting role following TEEN TOP was in the tvN's 2018 drama Let's Eat 3. By then, he had changed his stage name to Byung Hun, derived from his real name Lee Byung Hun.[4] He joined the acting agency, The Kim Company, sometime around February 2019, after announcing his next role on the SBS drama Nokdu Flower.[5]

On November 17, 2022, Byung Hun signed with sidusHQ.[6]
