The KND Haircut Headquarters or Sector HH is where some of the KND's greatest hair surgeons work to save the hairdos of KND operatives everywhere. Thousands of kids end up here every year because of their fathers who cut their hair and turn them into freak shows. They also perform hair-related experiments, like when they wanted to test if dog poop could help grow Numbuh 1's hair back.
History
Sector HH was first introduced in Operation: D.A.D.D.Y. after Mr. Boss had given his son, Numbuh 85, a horrible haircut. Numbuh VO5 tried his best to save Numbuh 85's hair, but to no avail. Numbuh 83 and 84 came to visit their teammate and met Numbuh 1 there as well.
