History
The Hunt for the Book
After befriending an English boy named Trevor who was carrying a mysterious book, Numbuh 1 was soon met by three different unknown kids who insisted on being given the book. The reason the operatives in Sector E pursued Numbuh 1 through London was because they believed he held the revered Book of KND. They failed to stop him from being "rescued" by the Rowdy Hooligans From Across The Square, whom Numbuh 1 mistook for Sector E.
Sector E attempted to steal the book at The Sugary Belch soda shop but once more failed as Numbuh 1 was escorted outside by the large hooligan and sent down to the Great Library via a sewer tunnel.
A final confrontation between Numbuh 1 and Sector E saw its leader reveal to his British-American counterpart that they were chasing him because they wanted the book he was carrying, supposedly the Book of KND. Before he could say anymore, the Rowdy Hooligans burst in, initially on Numbuh 1's side until he revealed that he was a KND operative. Numbuh 513, shocked and irritated, revealed to Nigel that she and her cohorts were Sector E. As Numbuh 1 was knocked aside, the sector leader continued by saying that he was working with Father's English-based team, the delightfulized Rowdy Hooligans From Across The Square.
When the Rowdy Hooligans' leader tore away the covering of the book to reveal its contents, he and the others were surprised to see that the book was, in fact, a copy of Rainbow Monkey's Tea & Crumpets Picnic Trevor was trying desperately to return the book, but the interference caused by Sector E, Numbuh 1 and the Rowdy Hooligans caused him to miss its return time. He was subsequently fined 25 pence.
Later Sector E, the Hooligans, Numbuh 1 and his father Monty Uno all went out together to the Sugary Belch to drink soda together ("Operation: E.N.G.L.A.N.D.").
2x4 Technology Convention

An unknown member represented Sector E at the annual 2x4 Technology cenvention and had their booth set up next to Sector V ("Operation: S.C.I.E.N.C.E."). They did not win the coveted Chocolate Wrench Award ("Operation: A.M.I.S.H.").
