Yariki is a minor character in Horizon Zero Dawn: The Frozen Wilds. She is one of the quest-givers for Into the Frozen Wilds, found at the campfire north of The Grave-Hoard.
History
Yariki became an envoy to the Carja Sun-King Avad's court when no other Banuk would accept the position. As part of her duties, she would travel to the Carja capital Meridian to relay the songs of the Banuk to Carja scribes and scholars, as well as that of the machines growing anger.[1]
Horizon Zero Dawn: The Frozen Wilds
During one of her trips south towards Meridian as she approached the Grave-Hoard, Yariki encountered Aloy. Yariki told Aloy about the goings on in the Cut, including that of strange machines and the smoke continuously billowing from Thunder's Drum, and warned her about going into the Cut.

Trivia
- Yariki is the only quest-giver for "Into the Frozen Wilds" that cannot be interacted with in any way once the quest has begun: Ohtur can be seen with the three Banuk hunters following completion of The Hunters Three, while Rhavid can be spoken with following The Forge of Winter (provided he is chosen as quest-giver).
- Yariki's face paint is almost identical to that of the Banuk Chieftain, although its lacking the paint on her chin.
