Lauvuk is a minor character in Horizon Zero Dawn: The Frozen Wilds. She is the keeper of the Snowchants Hunting Grounds.
History
Previously, Lauvuk was a runner for an exclusively female werak known as Thunder's Daughters. However, the werak disbanded with age and time. It is unknown when she became the Keeper of the Snowchants Hunting Grounds.
Though not surly, she is not much for words. She offers trials to hunters that are uniquely Banuk in style and difficulty, and an especially demanding trial reserved only for werak chieftains. She is proud of her tribe’s hunting prowess, asserting to the Nora Brave Aloy that the Banuk are the originators of Hunting Grounds and hunting trials.
