The Anti-factice is a faction introduced in the manga Mobile Suit Gundam SEED Eclipse.

Overview

Anti-factice is a group composed of Half-Coordinators, previously in service to the Earth Alliance during the First Alliance-PLANT War, who have broken away from the military.

History

During the early stages of the First Alliance-PLANT War, the Atlantic Federation formed a black-ops unit of Half-Coordinator MS pilots to counter ZAFT forces, under the promise that their citizenship will be restored for their service. After the end of the war, the Atlantic Federation refused to acknowledge the unit's existence, causing its members to defect and formed Anti-factice.^[1] To undermine the Atlantic Federation, they supplied the world's various militant and armed groups with weaponry and mobile suits.^[2]
