The Las Venturas Police Department variant of the Police is a police vehicle appearing in Grand Theft Auto: San Andreas.
Design
The car generally generally resembles a 1981–1990 Chevrolet Caprice, with the sides and back reminiscent of the 1980–1989 Dodge Diplomat. It has a black/white paint scheme reflecting LAPD police cars from the era, equipped with a red/blue light bar (again flashing red and blue lights). The side has the Las Venturas Police Department's initials, along with the seal of the San Andreas Police Department.
Performance
The LVPD Police car has an identical handling to the LSPD version.

Locations
- Police impound lot in Roca Escalante, Las Venturas.
- Can be seen patrolling the streets and during wanted levels in Las Venturas, mainly on one and two stars.
Trivia
- An unused cutscene model of a statewide SAPD variant of the Police vehicle, intended for motion capture cutscenes, is an exact replica of the LVPD Police vehicle.
- The police car in the parking lot of Las Venturas Police Headquarters is the only location that the police car is alarmed. However, the alarm sound is not heard, only the light is flashing, and if the player drives near an officer on the street, one will attract one wanted star. However, if the player leaves the car when the alarm is active, the sound will play normally.
- If a civilian car or a taxi hits a police car, the siren will turn on and the officers will come out, then they will pull the driver out of their car, and then open fire at them, even if they are unarmed.
