Background
Joe is a member of the New Guernsey-based Sonetti Crime Family, the main rivals of the Liberty City-based Vercotti Crime Family.
Events of Grand Theft Auto
Joe, along with Eddie, Cabot and Don Sonetti himself, are killed by the GTA Protagonist in a building explosion under orders of the Vercotti Family's contact. He is never physically seen in-game and he dies off-screen during his only "appearance".
