Background
Buckner hosts The Fergus Buckner Show FM, a radio station that consists solely of the song "The Ballad Of Chapped Lips Calhoun" by Sideways Hank O'Mally and the Alabama Bottle Boys. After the song ends, DJ Fergus Buckner announces he likes the song so much, he's going to play it again, and the cycle repeats.
He was voiced by Tom Wilson from DMA Design's studio in Boulder, Colorado.
