As one of the generic red tomes created for Heroes; the Gronnowl and it's enhanced version serve as specialist buff weapons; in line with the other Owl tomes. During combat; the wielder gains a bonus to all stats equal to double the number of adjacent allies; allowing for a maximum of +6 in normal gameplay; and +8 in game modes such as Rival Domains.
