Thick Skin is an Endurance-based perk for ghoul players in Fallout 76, introduced in the Ghoul Within update.
Effects
Reduce the amount of damage taken from ballistic attacks. Does not work when wearing power armor.

Notes
Before update 59 Thick Skin incorrectly stated that it gives 3% instead of 4% at rank 1.
Behind the scenes
A datamine from the July 2024 Public Test Server indicated that this perk had a single rank that cost five points to equip. This was later changed as seen in the Fallout Day Broadcast in October 2024, which showed a version of this perk taking only two points to equip at one of its ranks.
