Sgt. Holstein was a member of the Fire Breathers formerly stationed at Charleston Fire Department.
Background
Holstein was part of the Fire Breathers' final mission to prevent the progress of a Scorched horde by sealing the Big Bend Tunnel using explosives.[1][2] Her code phrase for the Fire Breathers master terminal was "Nuclear Dash," a reference to her speed.[3]
Her corpse can be found at Big Bend Tunnel East, presumably having been killed while setting the explosives; prior to 2103, it was near the tunnel entrance. After 2103, the outpost was occupied by the Blue Ridge Caravan Company, and her body was moved into the first train car just outside the outpost's defenses.
