Formula P is a consumable item in Fallout 76, introduced in the Wild Appalachia update.
Characteristics
Formula P grants +5 Charisma, +3 Luck and improves gun accuracy for 5 minutes. It also incurs a small thirst penalty.
ARIC-4 mentions that "possible after-effects of Formula P include increased strength, feral behavior, mouth foaming, and death."[1] However, none of those symptoms are observed in the player character.
