16PRAY is the first best album of THE RAMPAGE from EXILE TRIBE. It was scheduled to be released on January 25, 2024 in a double release with the best album 16SOUL, and in five editions, but due to issues related to 16SOUL's lead track, the release was postponed to February 14, 2024.[1]
The album is composed of mid-tempo and ballad songs released by the group from their debut up until the single "Katasumi", being labeled as MID & BALLADE BEST. The tracklist of the album (and of 16SOUL) was decided through fan voting on a special page from September 14 to September 24, 2023. The voters could select up to 3 songs, and they could also select one previously released song (excluding the singles and album title tracks) to receive a music video.[2][3][4]
The best album's promotional song, "STARRY LOVE", was pre-released digitally on January 15, 2024.[5]
The remix album included in the disc 2 of the 2CD+DVD and 2CD+Blu-ray LIVE & DOCUMENTARY Editions was later released digitally on September 11, 2024 under the title RMX16.[6]

- On December 25, 2023, it was announced that the release of the album would be postponed due to the decision to change the lyrics and choreography of 16SOUL's lead track "SOLDIER LOVE".[15]
