Trivia

  • The group's formation style of twin vocalists and performers became established as "EXILE-kei" (EXILE系; EXILE system).[53]
  • On December 27, 2019, avex revealed the top 5 artists with the highest number of views in total on their YouTube channel. On this list, EXILE took the 4th spot with a total number of about 410 million views.[54]
  • The releases from their debut single "Your eyes only ~Aimai na Boku no Katachi~" up until their 4th studio album ASIA, which features the vocals of former member SHUN, were only available for digital download on the music platforms in Japan. The recordings of the songs released between this period available in the streaming platforms are re-recorded versions with the vocals of TAKAHIRO. But on September 27, 2024, these recordings were made available on global streaming services.[55]
  • Japanese Keirin racer Yamahara Sakura cites the group as one of her major motivations when she decided to pick up the sport. She had been a fan of them since high school.[56]
