Russo (ルッソ Russo?) is a member of Oasis, a rebel army formed to oppose the tyrannical rule of Poseidon Nero.
Appearance
Russo is a toddler-sized man with white eye pupils and a small curly lock of hair. He wears a light onesie with a dark belly, a zipper, and a dark mask covering his mouth.[1]

Synopsis
Sandra arc
Russo and his fellow rebels point their guns at Laguna and the Crew of Edens when they enter the Oasis base.[1] He is silent with Lizarre when Homura states that she and the members of Oasis are strong.[2] Russo later explains to Shiki and his friends that the All-Link System is one of the Nero Empire's weapons.[3]

Russo's powers and abilities are currently unknown but according to Homura, he is strong as well.[4]
