Fomkah the Bear is the Swiper of Russia who only appears in Dora's World Adventure!. According to Vladimir, he's a bear who likes to dance.
Physical Appearance
He's a brown bear with yellow eyebrows. He wears a blue mask and blue gloves just like Swiper.

- He is one of the two villains in Russia, the other is the Russian Troll, meaning that Russia has a Swiper and a Grumpy Old Troll.
- Fomkah's way of saying "Oh, man!" ("Oy!") means "Oh!" in Russian.
- He never appeared on either Go, Diego, Go! or Dora and Friends: Into the City!.
- Like Swiper, Fifi, and Sami, Fomkah the Bear is voiced by Marc Weiner.
- Theoretically, Fomkah's way of saying "You're too late! (chuckles cruelly) You'll never find [[it/them]/[your/the/that/those] (items)] now!" would be: "Slishkom medlenno! (chuckles cruelly) Teper' vy nikogda ne naydete [eto/ikh]/[vashe/to/to/te] (items' name in Russian)]!".
