Even Dead I'm the Hero (E.D.I.T.H.) is an augmented reality security, defense and artificial tactical intelligence system created by Tony Stark and bequeathed to Peter Parker following Stark's death. Housed in a pair of sunglasses, E.D.I.T.H. gave its users access to Stark Industries' global satellite network along with an arsenal of missiles and drones.
E.D.I.T.H is voiced by Dawn Michelle King.
Appearances
Spider-Man: Far From Home
E.D.I.T.H. was temporally taken over by Mysterio after he tricked Peter into giving him the program so he could attack people around the world with his illusions. Although Peter was eventually able to retrieve E.D.I.T.H., Mysterio used the program to create a fake video to make it seem like Spider-Man had caused the attacks and also to reveal Peter's secret identity to the world.
Spider-Man: No Way Home
The device was mentioned by Peter Parker and Agent Cleary, the leader of the DODC. Cleavy mentioned that Peter gave the special item to a deceased Mysterio and Peter tried to make the case sound better than it did by saying that Cleavy needed to speak to Nick Fury as he was there the whole time, only for the agent to tell Parker that Fury had been off-world for the past year, much to the superhero's confusion.
What If...?
E.D.I.T.H 1.0 was mentioned in the animated series, in the episode "What if... Happy Hogan Saved Christmas?". Darcy Lewis suggested to Happy Hogan that they could use the device to take down Justin Hammer's drones. Darcy then commented how E.D.I.T.H 1.0 sounded like a BBC mystery.
