Vic is a vendor in Diablo Immortal. He is found in Westmarch.
Biography
Vic is the owner of Glittering Gems & Jewelery
C. 1270, Vic was attacked by a group of brigands. However, he was saved by Charsi and the Shard-seeker. Vic gave the them his gems to take to his workshop, telling them to go on ahead, while Charsi helped Vic make the journey. He arrived with Charsi, and told the heroes they were welcome in his shop any time.[1] C.1273, Vic ordered new bezel roller and forceps from Charsi for his apprentice.[2]

Vic can be found in Westmarch, in the gem upgrade area. He offers the following features:
- Split Normal Gems - the reverse operation of combining 3 Normal Gems, returning all materials used.
- Craft Legendary Gem - initiates the Telluric Craft quest, requires 40 Telluric Pearls.
