Goldface was a member of Grodd's Legion of Doom.
History
Goldface assisted the Legion during the assault on Gorilla City, using his powers to turn its citizens into gold. When the Justice League intervened, Goldface was knocked down by one of Batman's batarangs. He later attempted a mutiny against Lex Luthor, only to have Luthor burn his face via remote (which Luthor was able to do having "enhanced" the powers of many of the Legion's ranks, while gaining a measure of control of their abilities). Recovering, Goldface took part in the Legion's split, siding with Grodd's faction. Defeated, Goldface and several other villains were frozen by Killer Frost and blown up by Darkseid.
