Doctor Cyber was a supervillain who became a member of Grodd's Legion of Doom.
History
Doctor Cyber first appeared as a member of Legion of Doom when Lex Luthor joined. She fought and was defeated by Wonder Woman during the attack on Gorilla City.
Later, Doctor Cyber joined Grodd when he tried to take back his position as leader, though she was absent during the brawl between factions. As such, it is unclear if she perished during the fight, when Killer Frost was sent to execute those disloyal to Luthor, or was killed when Darkseid exploded the ship.
Background information
In DC Comics, Doctor Cyber was an enemy of Wonder Woman who swore revenge on the heroine after an incident during which her face was scarred by hot coals.
