Since the Flash's career spans over many centuries, the Flash has made foes over various timelines. All incarnations of the Flash—Jay Garrick, Barry Allen and Wally West—fought a "Reverse-Flash": the Rival, Professor Zoom and Zoom, respectively. Many of Barry Allen's enemies also banded together as the Rogues.
History
Secret Identity
Since they are from the future, Professor Zoom and Abra Kadabra are fully aware of the secret identities of every single Flash and know where to hurt them the most.
The Riddler was able to figure out the Flash's identity, but thanks to Wally West, thinks Barry was covering for the real Flash.
The speedsters Negative Flash and Godspeed are also aware of Barry's identity due to their previous connections to him.
Membership History
Reverse-Flash: The Reverse-Flashes are the speedster arch-nemesis of each Flash.
- Rival:[1] The nemesis of Jay Garrick. Unlike most his successors, he doesn't wear a reverse of his Flash's colors, rather he looks like an evil version of Jay Garrick.
- Professor Zoom/Reverse-Flash/Zoom:[2] The first and most iconic Reverse Flash, Eobard is a man from the future who despises Barry Allen and seeks to make his life miserable.
- Zoom:[3] The second Reverse-Flash and Eobard's successor, he despises Wally for not going back in time to save his wife and seeks to make him suffer. Unlike the other Reverse-Flashes, he isn't a speedster. But rather, manipulates time to look like a speedster. He tricked Barry and Wally into destroying the Force Barrier[4] and became the avatar for all four forces.

- Reverse-Flash:[6] The third Reverse-Flash and the brother of Iris West. He killed three speedsters to time travel to the past and kill his father.

- Fred Devere:[12] Fred Devere was the restaurant manager for Brenda Forest's chain of restaurants. However, he was also the head of a racketeering operation targeting the same establishments.
- Grey Guardsman[13] The Grey Guardsman is the leader of a gang who robbed New York City after the Flash was affected by a curiosity ray.
- Gypper Zilich:[14] Gypper Zilich was a lawyer who worked with a racketeering organization, seeking out-of-court settlements after staged accidents.
- Hunk Norvock:[15] Hunk Norvock was a crime boss in the 1930s who was responsible for ruining young Clifford DeVoe's career as an attorney in his first major case. DeVoe devised a contraption that made Norvock kill himself.

- Thorn:[27] Thorn is the physical manifestation of an imaginary friend brought out by Rose. Rose was studying biology on the island of Tashmi, where she was exposed to the sap of a jungle root, which transformed her into Thorn. She fought the Flash several times. She later married Alan Scott and had two children (Jade and Obsidian), but to stop Thorn from killing her children Rose stabbed herself.[28]

- Tuffy Tilton:[29] A criminal who operated out of the Hot Spot nightclub in Keystone City. His plans to rob the Flying Wings Airplane Factory brought him into conflict with the Flash.
