Squall was an enemy of The Flash who retired.

Mashup stole Squall's equipment from the Central City Police Department Evidence Room during the Crime Syndicate's attack on the world.

Squall was later seen in an Iron Heights cell with Mashup, Mogul and Merge. Squall, Mogul and Merge were all getting ready to fight Mashup in revenge for him framing them of crimes.

  • Though Squall is not shown using his tech on-panel, Barry Allen says at a crime scene that "Either Squall's gun did this, or a hurricane blew through Central City and I slept through it," suggesting that his gun produces violent winds.[1]
