Icicle

Icicle is a legacy name used by two super-villains; Joar Mahkent and his son, Cameron Mahkent. They have traditionally wielded ice manipulation powers, which they use to commit crimes at sub-zero temperatures. The alias has been associated with the Injustice League, Injustice Society and Secret Society of Super-Villains.

Joar Mahkent was created by Robert Kanigher and Irwin Hasen, first appearing in All-American Comics #90 (1947). Cameron Mahkent was created by Roy Thomas, Dann Thomas, and Todd McFarlane, first appearing in Infinity Inc. #34 (1987).
