Weak Lungs is a negative skill that doubles the time to fully recover stamina after it reaches zero.
Notably, it has absolutely no negative effect if stamina never reaches zero[unconfirmed], which is very easily done by never using up all stamina (also a good practice).

This skill was added after Alpha 6.0. as a replacement to Less stamina.
