Otto is the eighth Original, possessing the ability to manipulate lightning. Unlike his other siblings, Otto is never shown grown up in the later episodes, later being revealed by Fyra and Deus that Otto had joined the military during the time they all fled from their original facility. During combat, Otto was shot directly in the chest, and was reported as "KIA". But, during the events of Episode 156, Otto is actually revealed to be Iantis in disguise.
Appearance
Otto has white hair that is fashioned in a messy, uneven manner, and as an Original, he has yellow eyes that glow when his powers are used.
Serving as a soldier, he donned a black shirt with a dog tag, a vest, black cargo pants, fingerless gloves, and black military boots.
Personality
Otto was shown to be a very sadistic, cruel, and angry person, constantly killing and taking out his anger on whoever insulted him or caught his ire. And, due to his immense power and love for fighting, he was constantly looking for a worthy opponent who could thrill him in battle but kept on failing.
When enlisted as a soldier by Hades, he showed no care for his fellow soldiers, and was very apathetic towards them, killing them if they got in the way. Eventually, Otto grew tired of how easily his victims died at his hands, so he started to hold himself back in hopes of finding a challenge.
Though, underneath his cruel exterior, Otto felt displaced, lost, and empty. He took to beating up soldiers in hopes of feeling relief, but it only made him feel even more empty. Otto felt like he didn't belong anywhere in the world. He questioned why people looked at him with contempt, despite him fulfilling his purpose as a biological weapon.
Otto then ended up in the Red-Light District. He drank, smoked, and even slept with others in pursuit of “fun”. Despite this, he didn't feel any happiness and continued to feel empty.
But, after meeting Lato and Hinalea and being saved by Lato, he softened up, changing into the T-2 known as Iantis.

During one of Atterozen's live streams, a fan asked him to draw Otto with a full view using his powers.
