Kevin is the young child of Kevin's mom who is found roaming around Peach Town being lost. He explains to the protagonist that he cannot find his way home and asks them to take him back to his house. The protagonist may agree to do so, in which prompts a time skip to where the protagonist is talking to Kevin's mom. After the conversation, Stamp 4 is completed.

Afterwards, Kevin is still found wandering around Peach Town. He thanks the protagonist for helping him the other day and states that he will not get lost anymore.

Trivia

• Kevin and his mother are different versions of the Volkswagen Beetle, both in the same color. Kevin is the newer, modern-day model, while his mother is the older, classic model. This same idea is used with Keitel and his four sons, Bunger, Madison, Busheme, and Ross.
• Even after you take him home, Kevin is still found roaming the same path he takes, except says that he won't get lost again. 
• Kevin and Guard are unique in that they have dialogue exclusively for when the protagonist talks to them during the Q's Rally. This is because their quests feature outdoors "teleport" mechanics unique to these two characters only. Kevin cannot teleport the protagonist to Kevin's mom's house, and Guard has special circumstances similar to the Gate man where he is a parked car, and must be moved to open Otomi's shrine. It is possible that Yumyum, Williams, and Gate man would have had unique dialogue for the same reasons, however, the player cannot access Cloud Hill during Q's Rally.
• Kevin is one of the few Choro-Qs in Choro-Q HG 2 that uses masculine pronouns to identify the protagonist's gender as MALE.
