Yumyum is a resident that is found parked outside in the city of Cloud Hill. He is found chanting about stamps and states he believes in magic. Yumyum will ask if the protagonist believes in magic as well. The protagonist may agree that they believe in magic in which Yumyum will be excited for the news that there is someone with a heart that believes in magic. In return for the protagonist's belief, he provides them a God's Rod that will be placed as a decoration within the Garage in My City.
Yumyum will mention how he is looking for stamps as stamps are the heart. He recommends to come back to him when they have collected all 100 stamps. After the protagonist obtains all 100 stamps, Yumyum provides the protagonist with a Devil Meter, Devil Engine, a set of Devil (Tires) tires, and a set of Spoke 666 Wheel.
