Strategy
The Tar Man is a moderately easy foe to defeat. The player should have Nina or another party member cast ice elemental abilities (or use items with a similar effect), which will cause them to freeze and be unable to take any action. Afterwards, attacking with normal attacks will kill them fairly quickly.
