To complete this level, you need to pop the Pac-Man Bloon above the monkey, and hold the right arrow key in order to make the Spiky Bloons pop most of the bloons. With a duplicate Pac-Man, it can be used to pop the bloons on the bottom, most importantly, the Tack Bloons.
