Solution
Bounce against the angled Rubber Block below the Bonus Dart Bloon and let it so that it also hits the bloons. Then bounce on a square Rubber Block such that it hits the Tack Bloons, which should also trigger the Spiky Bloon. Then get the dart to bounce such that it hits the Bomb Bloons.
