Overview
The Hadati hillfolk originated in the Yabon Hills before mingling with Kingdom settlers.
During the blockage of the Inclindel by an unusually fierce winter, Lieutenant Finn reports that even the Hadati are bundling up and heading south to Yabon, uncharacteristically seeking shelter in populated areas due to the extreme cold.
