Sandra is a United Nations liaison who initially met the agency during an environmental photo op in Central Africa with Cloudbeam. She also becomes the liaison for the the agency for a short time.
Her voice is provided by Pamela Adlon, who famously voiced Bobby Hill on King of the Hill.

Sandra acts a liaison for the UN to the agency. She accompanies Archer, Lana and the anti-poaching team to get Poko the gorilla back to her family.
"Shots"
After a tense debriefing Sandra tells everyone they're overworked and suggests going out for drinks. After drinks at the bar she joins everyone at the underground warehouse party for the "Pampage" where she is last seen until she takes a taxi following the monster truck and explosions to the dock where she meets up with everyone once again.
"Mission: Difficult"
After Fabian makes his demands and closes communications, Sandra is revealed to be in Malory's office alongside Lana, Pam, and Robert. When Lana asks why she's even here, Robert replies that she's there to assess the environmental impact of the gadget Fabian wants. Later Lana caught Robert cheating on her with Sandra and left in dismay.
