The Golden Plantain is a limited legendary single-use food item in Adopt Me! that was released on February 9, 2023, along with the Rain Weather Update. It can be found in the Food section of a player's inventory and will be used to tame various kinds of Amazon Birds. Upon throwing a Golden Plantain, players can either tame a Green Amazon, a White Amazon, or a Diamond Amazon.
The Golden Plantain Gamepass is available to purchase for 
169. Being released as a part of the Rain Weather Update, it will only be available on the 23rd of each month.
The sign in the Rain Pet Shop, located by the Amazon Bird taming area, displays information regarding the chances of obtaining certain types of Amazon Birds.
