Kanon Yamamori (
She appeared as a character in a drama with the title Dai Chien! Sankinkōtai together with Koujirou Takada. While acting like a child who interrupted Daimyo's procession and was slain on the spot, She made Kei Yonagi did her wild acting. In the end, that scene was retaken 3 times before the Director pulled out Yonagi from the scene.
Appearance
Kanon is a petite young girl with light-colored hair in a ponytail and eyes. For the role that she played, she wore a plaid kimono.
Personality
Not much is known about Kanon's personality, but she noticed that when Kei attacked Koujiro, she really meant to protect her from him.
Background
Plot
Kanon plays the role of a young girl whose ball gets in the way of the Daimo in the Edo period. Because of her trying to retrieve the ball she's ultimately killed by a samurai played by the actor named Koujiro. The scene is first interrupted by Kei when she attacks, Koujiro with a dropkick. She later notes that Kei was seriously trying to protect her from Koujiro. The scene is shot again and once again is interrupted by Kei, who begs to spare Kanon. In the final take, Kei steals the scene by trying to hold back her emotions and is escorted by her director/mentor Sumiji Kuroyama out of there.
Etymology
- The name Kanon means "singing sound" (歌音).
- Kanon's surname Yamamori means "mountain, hill" (山) (yama) and "forest" (森) (mori).
