The Man-Woman is a woman who can switch her gender on command. She gained the ability to transform her gender after being instructed to eat a mysterious flower by Shark. She is predominately seen in her female form but often turns male in situations where she is usually being flirted with, turning off anyone who was previously attracted to her. To change into her male appearance, she must shout "Man Power, Go!" before making the alteration. She must shout "Woman Power, On!" before swapping back to her female figure (or simply transforming with no words being said at all). She can also emit a loud ear-piercing air horn siren on occasion.
It can be assumed that she is unable to speak proper English, making her sentences short, choppy, and almost nonsensical. While she often speaks incoherently, her way of speech is not hard to understand, only switching, and re-using words in a sentence. A prime example of this would be her statement, "Stop your stop talk", taken from the episode "Adventure Mouse". She also works as a waitress at a generic restaurant, simply named "the Diner".
In the third season, the Man-Woman is revealed to currently have the possession of the Box of Worlds.
Design
The Man-Woman is a crudely drawn man and woman. Her male form has brownish hair, two ears, small eyes, a nose, a mustache, two hands, which are a four-fingered hand and three-fingered hand, a pink shirt, dark blue pants and a pale shoe-like feet. Her woman form has brownish and white hair, one eye, a nose, pink lips, a neck, an arm with a four-fingered hand, which is mostly covered by a sleeve, a blue shirt, a purple skirt, a breast, two legs and pointy feet.
Relationships
Alliances & Friendships
She doesn't have that many alliances with the townspeople on a normal basis. Mouse, Skillet, and the Eye are some exceptions, although she does still argue with them at times.
Enemies
She is quite front with most townsfolk, ordinarily telling off others who are interrupting others in her daily life. She regularly argues with characters such as Liquor and the Rectangular Businessman, who both dislike her, with the square being more than the former. She is also annoyed by Peanut Cop's human form in the "Invictus" special, and was once interrogated by him in "You Made This", due to her possession of the Box of Worlds. When Buzby found her to be attractive, she transformed into a man to turn off his attraction towards her.
Abilities
The Man-Woman's main ability is to transform into a different gender, which is either a man or woman, explaining the origin of both her name and appearance. The origin of the ability was explained in "Meaty Dreamy" as a flashback. She ate a mysterious flower in the Desert after Shark, whose face appeared on a moon, told her to eat it, making her transform into a man. In "Spharktasm", Skillet lays down some dead turkeys near her feet to disrupt her abilities, causing her to repeatedly switch between genders. She can also somehow emit a large screeching air horn sound in some episodes, although it's unknown how she was able to produce the sound in the first place.

Trivia
- It was revealed in "Rememorized", the Man-Woman stated to Liquor that her job at the Diner wasn't really working out for her and would rather play catch with a ball all day instead of working there with the food.
- In the Season 2 episode "Surgery Circus", the Man-Woman died from an explosion by entering a building labeled "Cookies". She was absent for the rest of the season after her death, with the exception of the flashback of her backstory in "Meaty Dreamy". The Man-Woman wouldn't brought back again until the "Invictus" special.
- At one point in the "Invictus" special, the Man-Woman stated to Fitz that she doesn't really like pizza nor wants to see, hear or touch it as finds it to be disgusting.
