The Taobab Grassland is a location in Breath of the Wild.[1]
Features and Overview
The Taobab Grassland is a savanna located in the Gerudo Highlands. It sits south of the Great Plateau and north of the Oseira Plains. The Taobab Grassland boasts several baobab Trees, which are unique to the valley containing the Taobab Grassland, Oseira Plains, and the Nautelle Wetlands. The Taobab Grassland is the only location that Link can find the Giant Horse,[2] which is necessary for completing the "Hunt for the Giant Horse" Side Quest. If Link speaks to Straia at the Mounted Archery Camp, he will direct Link to the Taobab Grassland and ask for its capture and retrieval for study.[3]
A Korok can be found by destroying a clay Jar dangling from a chain on a Tree's branch. A second Korok can be found by popping the Balloon at the top of a Tree in the southern reaches of the Grassland.
