Soft Soil

Redirect to:

Soils,(TWW)[1] also known as Dirt Patches,(OoT)[2] Soft Soil,(MM)[3] and Planting Spots,(OoS | OoA)[4][5] are recurring Objects in The Legend of Zelda series.[note 1][name reference needed] They are soft spots in the terrain that Link can use for a variety of tasks. They are most commonly used for planting seeds and beans, but can also contain treasures or secret passages. ==Notes==

  1. Soil is referred to as Black Ground in The Legend of Zelda: The Wind Waker — The Official Nintendo Player's Guide by Nintendo Power.[6] However, as this contradicts the name given in The Wind Waker, it is not considered Canon.
