Overview
Objects are anything that is not stored within a character's Inventory. Objects are separate from Items, which are things that exist inside the Inventories. Some Objects, such as Torches, may also overlap with Items.

The Minish Cap
There are many Objects scattered throughout Hyrule for Link to interact with in The Minish Cap. Some, such as Lilies and Minish Portals, are seemingly innocuous and naturally occurring Objects that will grant Link access to new areas while Minish-sized. Others, such as Crimson Cyclones, Elastic Mushrooms, and Tornado, help him to traverse more dangerous areas of Hyrule, including Dungeons. A number of staple Objects in The Legend of Zelda series appear in The Minish Cap as well, including Jars and various Switches.
