Karasuma Kumiko (烏丸 久美子 Karasuma Kumiko?) was a character who debuted in Uesato Hinata is a Miko. She is the main character in her titular series, Karasuma Kumiko is Not a Miko.
Appearance
A university student who likes wearing a lab coat.
Background
Kumiko is from Kagawa Prefecture but lives in Osaka Prefecture. She appears lethargic, but she is brilliant enough in her field of cultural anthropology that people are having high expectations of her. She is trained in martial arts and excels in the art of self-defense in particular.
She is Takashima Yuuna's Miko in name only. She also appeared in the Monument to the Fallen Legends.
She was a university student even before she entered the Taisha. She is now working as a priestess in the Taisha and is a teacher to the other Mikos.

Plot
Uesato Hinata is a Miko
Kumiko is introduced as Aki Masuzu and Hanamoto Yoshika's teacher. She occasionally informs them about current Taisha affairs. She is the one who reported the deaths of Doi Tamako and Iyojima Anzu to the Mikos. When Yoshika was in solitary confinement, Kumiko visited her and they discuss Chikage's current living situation. Later, she arrives at Marugame to retrieve Yoshika, who is carrying Chikage's body. Together the two of them bury Chikage at the Hanamoto family's shrine. Later, Kumiko assists Uesato Hinata in overthrowing the Taisha organization. She, along with the other Mikos, came as witnesses to Hinata's "oracle".
