Loiter (Japanese: さまよう怪魔 Samayō Kaima) are Drain-attribute Wicked Yo-kai introduced in Yo-kai Watch 2 who possess Classic Yo-kai into Wicked Servants.
Biology
Appearance
Loiter's sort-of resemble Whisper and have slender dark purple wispy bodies. They have red eyes, teal tongues, and rows of sharp teeth on the top and bottom of their mouths. A red flame is spotted on the top of their heads.
Abilities
Just like Flicker and Schemer this Yo-kai has the ability to shoot a translucent beam at his opponents.
Like Schemer and the Flicker, Loiter has the power to possess Classic Yo-kai and turn them into Wicked Servants.

Loiter sometimes appears in several levels as a non-playable miniboss. He also can be summoned by Dame Dedtime and Dame Dredful after stealing the level of the Yo-kai team.
Since June 15, 2024, Flicker was added as a boss in the Wicked's Mysterious Document ②.
In the anime and movies
Loiter, Flicker and Schemer on M01[1] appear as grunts of Dame Dedtime being defeated as an army.
Loiter, Flicker and Schemer make a brief appearance in EX007.
Etymology
His Japanese name Samayō Kaima (Japanese: さまよう怪魔 ) translates into Wandering Monster.
His English name uses the word Loiter meaning "Waiting without a purpose". Oddly enough his English name actually means to opposite of his Japanese name.
His German name Grämamba is a portmanteau of "grämen" (to grieve) and "Mamba".
His spanish name Transeúntio is a portmanteau of "transeúnte" (passerby) and "tío" (guy).

- Ironically, Loiter is the only one between Schemer and Flicker to use the opposite of what his Japanese name means.
