Biology
Eyesoar is a black humanoid monster like Yo-kai having horns and claws on his fingers and feet. Like his Japanese name origin, he has thirteen eyes with pale yellow sclera, in which one with a purple iris, a pale magenta pupil and two baby blue stripes underneath serves as the actual one while the rest with pale magenta irises are found within his body area, legs, and hands.
In Yo-kai Watch: The Movie, Eyesoar is seen to have incredible strength, as he was able to one shot Wicked with punches and back fists. However he is not invincible, as seen when he and Singcada found an opening to attack Dame Dedtime, and Kin and Gin stopped them with elemental beams, severely wounding both of them. Then however, Robonyan chased Kin and Gin off before Shogunyan, with help from Dandoodle, finished them off. It is assumed they didn't get a chance to fight before Dame Dedtime transformed.

Etymology
- His name is a play on the word "Eyesore".
- Todomeki means "myriad eyes oni".
- Ojezno is a portmanteau of "Ojo" (Eye) and "Osezno" (Bearcat).
- Corocchio is a combination of "Orco" (Ogre) and "Occhio" (Eye).
Origin
Eyesoar is based on the youkai called Dodomeki, which means "myriad eyes oni". Long ago, a woman naturally gifted with long, deft hands misused her talents to pick pockets. As karmic punishment, every coin she stole appeared as an eye on her body, until she became a youkai covered in eyes. The symbolism derives from how in ancient times coins were also called chomoku ("bird eyes").
