Yo-kai's Favorite Hit Music Station! (Japanese: 夜のどろどろヒットステーション, Yoru no Dorodoro Hitto Sutēshon) and Yo-kai Romance of the Three Kingdoms (Japanese: 妖怪三国志, Yōkai Sangokushi) is the 113rd episode of the Yo-kai Watch anime series. It was broadcasted in Japan on March 25, 2016 and the A-Part was broadcasted in the United States on December 22, 2018.

Summary

Jibanyan, Nate and Whisper go to see several Yo-kai musical groups perform at a concert and meets some of them backstage. Whisper Kongming tries to teach Jibanyan the ways of handling battles.

Trivia

• This episode has the most amount of Yo-kai that have debuted.
• This is the first episode of the series to use body-length cut-ins in the animation.
• The members of The Clovreator Z group are the same group of Yo-kai who helped Hailey and Usapyon build their rocket. The Yo-kai in question being Blizzaria, Furdinand, Poofessor, Signition, and Blazion.
• Like EP091, the opening theme sequence is edited under a Yo-kai TV screen. This is carried over to the English dub with its respective intro.
• Whisper’s afro-like hairstyle resembles that of Suneo Honekawa from Doraemon when he was explaining what the Music Mash is.
• Whisper hums his first line of the third segment to the tune of the opening.

Dub Differences

• To fit the length of a regular segment, several scenes had to be cut from the dub for time:
  • The first scene after the intro, before the show goes live.
  • Most of the introduction scene to the music program, unveiling the Yo-kai artists set to perform.
  • Kintaronyan Trio's scenes and performance. This was likely removed due to SDI Media's practice of removing scenes of Japanese folklore.
• The on-screen lyrics of the songs were removed.
• This is the only episode to not have Eyecatch music during the break.
• The album covers on Usapyon's Yo-kai Pad were blanked out.

Errors

• In the original, the list of artists performing at the Music Mash portrays Nothin' But Hound Dogs' cover art despite the group being founded during the events of the episode.
