Url is an NPC in Xenoblade Chronicles 3. He can be found in Colony 9.
Overview
Url becomes the Off-seer for Colony 9 after Noah's departure. He is under the protection of Carrie. However, Url does not wish to do any off-seeing while anyone else is present, due to his his pity towards the fallen soldiers emotionally exhausting him. This stress results in no motes being present during his off-seeings, which leaves him feeling ashamed and incompetent. Noah advises him to try and tap into a different emotion during his off-seeing, and speak to his fellow Colony members about his feelings. Url ultimately resolves to stop off-seeing until he can sort out his feelings.
